On-campus Recruiting and University Relations
Teach for China is engaged in extensive on-campus recruitment efforts in both China and the United States.
TFC’s Recruiting and University Relations Team makes many campus visits throughout the year. Our representatives attend career fairs, conduct campus information sessions, and meet with various students, student groups, administrators, and professors. To see a list of upcoming TFC campus events, please see our Events in Your Area page and search by your school or location.
If you are a student, college administrator, a university professor, or a leader of a student group and you would like to schedule a time to speak with a member of our recruiting team, please email us at recruiting@tfchina.org.
Campus Ambassadors
In addition to our full-time recruiting staff, TFC recruits, trains, and supports a group of undergraduate Campus Ambassadors. Campus Ambassadors are university students who work on their college campuses to publicize the TFC Fellowship to potential applicants. Campus Ambassadors are supervised by Regional Campaign Managers, university students who oversee the activities of Campus Ambassadors at several colleges in their geographic region.
